If you need help inviting a patient or re-sending an invitation, follow these steps.


What You’ll Need

  • Patient’s full name

  • Patient’s date of birth

  • Contact information where the invitation should be sent (email and/or phone)

  • If the patient is a twin, please include both patients’ names, DOBs, and contact info.

    Steps to Invite or Resend

    1. Gather the patient details listed above.

    2. If re-sending, check that the original invitation didn’t go to Spam or Junk.

    3. Submit your invite or resend request to support@playbackhealth.com or use the provider portal’s invite tool (if your role allows).

    4. Remind the patient to check Spam/Junk, then sign in at patient.playbackhealth.com.


      How Patients Sign In

      1. Go to patient.playbackhealth.com.

      2. Sign in using their email address or phone number.

      3. Verify their date of birth when prompted.
