Merging Accounts
Combining two or more duplicate  accounts into a single account is called merging. This ensures all of a patient’s records are kept together in one place.

Example: If a patient registered twice, their accounts can be merged so all records appear under one account.

What You’ll Need

  • Patient’s full name (as it appears on the first account)

  • Date of birth

  • Email address and/or phone number linked to the accounts.

How to Request a Merge

  1. Collect the patient details listed above.

  2. Email your request to support@playbackhealth.com.

  3. Our support team will merge the accounts. The update may take a few minutes to show in the portal.
