Merging Accounts
Combining two or more duplicate accounts into a single account is called merging. This ensures all of a patient’s records are kept together in one place.
Example: If a patient registered twice, their accounts can be merged so all records appear under one account.
What You’ll Need
Patient’s full name (as it appears on the first account)
Date of birth
Email address and/or phone number linked to the accounts.
How to Request a Merge
Collect the patient details listed above.
Email your request to support@playbackhealth.com.
Our support team will merge the accounts. The update may take a few minutes to show in the portal.
