1) Sign up for Playback (provider account)

  • Go to provider.playbackhealth.com.

  • Use your work email and work phone number for registration.

You will receive verification codes by email and/or SMS — enter those codes when prompted to confirm both.


If you get stuck during sign-up:

  • Check your inbox (including Spam/Junk) for a verification email.If you’re still waiting, provide your work email to Support so they can check verification status. (support@playbackhealth.com) 
  • After verification, fill in the required fields (name, job title, organization, etc.).
  • Once all fields are complete, click the Submit button to send your activation request.
  • After submitting, you’ll see a Welcome Aboard confirmation page indicating your request was received.
  • Your request will be sent to Playback Health for activation. Playback Health usually takes 1–2 business days to review and approve the request.

  • After Playback Health verifies and activates your account, you will be able to access the portal.
