1) Sign up for Playback (provider account)
Go to provider.playbackhealth.com.
Use your work email and work phone number for registration.
You will receive verification codes by email and/or SMS — enter those codes when prompted to confirm both.
If you get stuck during sign-up:
- Check your inbox (including Spam/Junk) for a verification email.If you’re still waiting, provide your work email to Support so they can check verification status. (support@playbackhealth.com)
- After verification, fill in the required fields (name, job title, organization, etc.).
- Once all fields are complete, click the Submit button to send your activation request.
- After submitting, you’ll see a Welcome Aboard confirmation page indicating your request was received.
Your request will be sent to Playback Health for activation. Playback Health usually takes 1–2 business days to review and approve the request.
After Playback Health verifies and activates your account, you will be able to access the portal.
