Patients cannot upload documents or images directly into Playback Health. Only your healthcare provider can add files to your account.

Steps

  1. Confirm what you need uploaded

    • Example: insurance card, lab results, imaging reports, or photos.

  2. Send items to your provider

    • Contact your provider’s office.

    • Share your name, date of birth, and files using their official email or patient portal.

  3. Ask your provider to upload to Playback

    • Once complete, your provider can confirm when the files are available.


Viewing Content in Playback Health

After your provider uploads files, go to patient.playbackhealth.com.

  • Sign in with your email or phone number.

  • Enter and verify the patient’s date of birth.
