Patients cannot upload documents or images directly into Playback Health. Only your healthcare provider can add files to your account.
Steps
Confirm what you need uploaded
Example: insurance card, lab results, imaging reports, or photos.
Send items to your provider
Contact your provider’s office.
Share your name, date of birth, and files using their official email or patient portal.
Ask your provider to upload to Playback
Once complete, your provider can confirm when the files are available.
Viewing Content in Playback Health
After your provider uploads files, go to patient.playbackhealth.com.
Sign in with your email or phone number.
Enter and verify the patient’s date of birth.
