Getting started is easy

Step 1: Reach out to your Operations Manager  

  • Please ask your manager to request permission on your behalf through Northwell Health’s MyTech site. 

Step 2: Submit MyTech ticket

  • Go to MyTech, then select “Access General Applications”. 
  • Fill out the necessary information
    • Requested For: Provider Name
    • Phone Number: Provider’s cell
    • What type of modification to access is being requested?: New
    • Please justify the access modification: e.g. Float Staff etc
    • Location that the User supports: Hospital / facility name
    • Select Application: Playback Health - Enterprise
    • Choose option:
      • Playback Engage (for patient engagement)
      • Playback Pro (for ambient listing)
    • Proceed until finalizing submission.
    • Upload multiple users for group approvals:
      • After the request is submitted, select your ticket in the My Tickets tab. Add a comment and upload an excel file with all the users' universal id. Use this if possible to save you time!

Step 3: Confirm management’s approval.

  •  Northwell’s guidance is approval turn times should range from 1-3 business days. Your manager should receive confirmation by email, then you’ll be ready to login. 


Please note only Northwell managers can submit this request
